Police in Delhi kept a private airline pilot for alleged record of an unwanted video of a woman using a hidden spy camera.
The accused was identified as the 31 -year -old Mahit Priyadarshi, the resident of the Civil Lines area in the Agra district in Uttarprady.
He was arrested by the Kishangarh police station in the southwestern Delhi.
According to the police, Priyadarshi’s ownership was obtained with a ignition device equipped with a hidden spy camera.
The incident occurred in Shani Bazar 30. August, when the accused allegedly tried to record the complainant without her consent using a hidden camera.
During the probe, CCTV shots were examined and the image of the suspect was circulated.
With the help of local intelligence, the accused was monitored and arrested.
The police said he confessed to his involvement in the act.
The case was registered against the accused according to various parts of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhit (BNS).
“On the night of August 30, the complainant Mrs. K, the inhabitant of the village of Kishangarh, noticed the accused who tried to record in Shani bazaar without consent. The case, according to sections 77/78 BNS, was registered on PS Kishangarh,” police said in a statement.
“The accused, Priyadarshi, is unmarried and employed as a pilot with a private airline. He admitted that he made such videos to satisfy his personal satisfaction,” the police added.
Another investigation of this matter is underway.

A sixty -year -old man was arrested on Wednesday for forcing a 15 -year -old girl to marry and rape him.
The incident took place on Tuesday in the village below the border of the Police Station Nebu Narangia.
According to the police, the accused allegedly took the minor to the temple, applied “Sindoor” (vermilion) to her forehead against her will and declared her wife. On his way home he reportedly raped her in the bushes and later attacked her again in his residence, they said.
“Based on the complaint of the girl, the case was registered according to the sections related to rape. The accused was arrested and sent to prison,” said Neurangia Deepak Singh, officer of Nebua Naurangia Deepak Singh.
The police said that a smaller girl is undergoing a medical examination and her statement will be recorded in front of the judge.
