The Auxiliary Fund of the Chief Minister within the Congress Government was streamlined and made available to more recipients and doubled the amount of release annually compared to the previous regime. One of the main changes made in the procedure to prevent abuse was to include the recipient’s account number in the inspection.
The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), which decided to stand for two consecutive conditions from 2014 to 2023, released an average of 400 Crore per year under the CMRF, while the Revant Reddy government spent 1,530 crore for 21 months, which is 760 GBP. More importantly, the CMRF Fund has been without fraud, while criminal cases of CMRF abuse have been registered against those associated with the MLA BRS.
Two days ago, the Jubilee Hills from Hyderabad arrested seven people because of the abuse of CMRF funds. They were identified as fake recipients who provided the CMRF fraudulently controls. In different parts of the state are registered separate cases regarding “abuse of CMRF control”. The investigation is involved whether the criminal plot has occurred with the only or different gangs.
When Reddy took over the government in December 2023, officials were confused about how CMRF’s CMO requests were processed during BRS regime and funds were published without compliance with standard operational procedures. One mistake was that the checks were issued on behalf of the recipient. This created space for abuse of funds. After “mastering” to make a CMRF control, the fraudster would have been without knowledge of his bank account without knowledge. He would put the same in the bank and withdraw the resources.
“We have successfully checked this fraud by displaying the recipient’s bank account number to check the CMRF,” said officer for a special obligation with CMO Vemula Srinivas.
In terms of streamlining the CMRF payout, officials identified nearly 5,100 hospitals registered with the medical and health director.
The MLA and MPS are now provided with login information to log on to the official CMRF website. Public representatives must enter details of individuals looking for cash assistance within the CMRF on the website. Each application is given by the token number for all future reference purposes. The application is examined and reviewed before receiving a call to the amount to be released.
