The Committee of Tamil Nadu Engineering Engineering (Tnea 2025) on Wednesday (May 7, 2025) launched the process of admission to one windows for engineering, polytechnic and artistic and scientific programs for the academic year 2025-26.
Minister of Higher Education Giova Chezhiaan launched a website for the same in the office at Anna University in Chennai. He also exchanged Mous with five companies for students training programs.
Engineering
The last date of registration for online acceptance via www.tneaonline.org is 6 June and the last date for recording documents is 9 June. Random numbers will be assigned on June 11th and the certificate verification will be performed online from 29th June to 29 June to 29th June to June 2
Given that 11 government engineering universities are introducing new study programs, another 720 students will be admitted.
Centers to facilitate tnea
The government has set up 110 TFA and candidates can contact officials in 1800-425-0110 from 8:00 to 18:00 to clear their doubts. They can also send e -mail to nonaacare@gmail.com.
In the years 2024-25, 463 engineering universities with 2,42,231 places participated in the counseling process. Up to 1,78,070 candidates were included. This is 4.82% more than the previous year, the officials said.
Within 7.5% of the reservation category, 11,355 candidates from 13,496 eligible candidates were received by 12.63% compared to 2023-24-.
The registration fee for OC/BC/BCM/MBC and DNC candidates is 500 GBP. For candidates ST/SC/SCA it is 250 GBP.
Polytechnic education
The Tnea Committee will also carry out the admission process for 55 government polytechnic universities. Candidates can apply online until 23 May for two -year diploma programs and direct access to the second year’s diploma programs. They can register at
Candidates must qualify for SSLC or registry for admission to the first year of two -year diploma courses. For diploma courses with side entry, candidates must have a qualified class 12 or must be qualified in ITI (any branch of engineering and technology after class 10).
For accepting a four -year -old diploma, candidates must have a qualified class 10, with two years of ITI or two years of work experience. The registration fee is 150 GBP. There is no registration fee for ST/SC/SCA candidates.
This year, five new courses have started at 13 governmental polytechnic universities, which benefits an estimated 360 students.
Art and scientific education
This year, 1.25 345 students will be admitted to 176 government art and scientific universities in the state. This is 18,868 more seats than last year. In the 2025 budget, the government announced 11 new universities in Coonoor, Natham, Alandhur, Vicravandi, Cheyyur, Manamadurai, Kolakkanatham, Ottapidaram, Muthupettai, Tirvidaimaruthur and Panruti. Candidates can register through www.tngasa.in. The last date of registration is 27 May. The registration fee is 48 GBP. It is 2 GBP for students of SC, ST and SCA.
14 462 candidates registered on the first day of admission and 2,413 candidates completed the payment and recorded documents, indicating their willingness to participate in one window to be made by the Tnea 2025 Committee.
