The Telelangan (TGPSC) commission decided to appeal in front of the Division Bench of the High Court against the order of the only judge on the exams of Group 1.
The Commission, led by Burra Venkatesham chairman, led extensive discussions with members on the judgment on Thursday and decided to appeal in front of the bench division within a few days. The members of the Commission felt that it was in the interest of Group I to appeal.
Obviously, the members felt that there was no violation of the standards for part of the valuation and the acceptance of revaluation and re -examination would only cause further delay in the loading of applicants.
Meanwhile, the government is also the opinion that BRS has destroyed the confidence of applicants by not accepting the recruitment of the group in these two conditions and when it was carried out in power after nine years, the document was escaped.
On the other hand, the Congress Government could also carry out a preliminary network within one year of admission to power, said Minister A. Revanth Reddy told officials. “BRS is in hell trying to ensure that the Group I process should not be completed for their selfish interests.”
The government also feels that by stretching the recruitment of the group with legal complications, BRS also wants to stop the selection of Group-2 and Group 3, because many candidates have qualified during several tests.
