The Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Ltd (TGNPDCL) has won three Governance Now 12th PSU Awards 2026 in the high-impact categories – Operational Excellence, Automation and Digital Technology – cementing its position as a pioneer in power distribution innovation.
According to Discom officials, the award was presented to the company at an event held in New Delhi. It was received by Discom Secretary K. Venkatesham.
The trophies were presented to the Discom’s Chairman and Managing Director K. Varun Reddy at its corporate office in Hanmakonda on Monday. “The award is not only a corporate milestone, but a testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment of every employee of TGNPDCL,” the CMD said, adding that it “reflects our collective commitment to harness technology and place the consumer at the center of everything we do.”
