Telangana Medical Council (TGMC) identified and reserved cases against eight people accused of illegal practicing allopathy without qualifications, in suburban areas of Bowramp, Dundigal and Sureram.
TGMC Vice -Chairman G. Srinivas and a member of the Vishnu Council led the inspection, which revealed the extent of fraudulent medical practice in these regions. During the operation, the team found that the accused had prescribed top antibiotics, steroids, intravenous fluids and strong painkillers, all without formal training or recognized credentials.
During the inspections, the officials found that P. Suryalaath, who has the title BAMS, operated the BLR clinic; And Shiva Shankar was found to be launched by the first aid center by Srinivasa, prescribed strong steroids, IV liquid and painkillers.
The Council initiated legal proceedings and called on citizens to address the WhatsApp line at 91543 82727 for sending information about unauthorized clinics.
