Minister of IT and Industry D. Sridhar Babu invited clothing manufacturers from Coimbatore and Tiruppur during his visit to the Tamil Nadu textile center (September 9) to establish clothing units in the state because the world infrastructure is introduced via Tier-2 and Tier-3.
In addition to the infrastructure, which allows urban destinations for the clothing and textile industry, Telangana has abundant long -term cotton, a key raw material for high quality finished clothing, and calls on the leader Tiruppur to attend the upcoming round turn conference to preside for agriculture and textiles.
Mr Sidhar Babu announced that after consultations with all parties involved “we will” complete the new Television’s Textile policy, “the Minister said during his visit.
He also tried to emphasize how 50% of tariffs disrupted exports of 50%, making it a critical time for the clothing sector to explore new strategies and opportunities.
Tiruppur has grown to the global clothing leader and has appeared as the “main capital in India” with almost 10,000 clothing units providing people’s jobs. In Tiruppur, about 90% of Indian cotton-based exports are produced, sportswear, socks and caps. He also remembered that the city has been exporting the clothing of international standards since the age of 90.
The chairman of the Minister met with the Fashion Fashion Group (Ramraj Cottons) Kr Nagarajan and MD Sundaramurty and called on them to explore investments in Telangana. He also met the Secretary General of the Secretary of South India Mills (Sima) K. Selvaraj and emphasized the policy of friendly in Telangana and easy business.
The Minister led the discussion with the Chairman of the Tiruppur Association A.Shactivel, President of KM Subramanian and others. He assured them that the TELANGANY government will provide investors with all the necessary facilities. Mr. Sridhar Babu also visited the Netaji Park in Tiruppur. He was accompanied by Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation MD Shashank, the Minister said.
