
The economic viability of the drone technology is to be evaluated on ten acres of land cultivation in the Kharif in the Dr. BR AMBEDKAR KONASEEMA.
The district collector R. Mahesh Kumar said that the drones would be deployed for cultivation unpeeled on ten acre for sowing, crop control-exceeding the identification of pests by thermal scanning and spraying of fertilizers and pesticides. The aim is to compare the initial costs of agriculture supported drones with a traditional method.
“Dron technologies will be fully recommended by farmers for adoption if it saves input costs in agriculture,” said Mahash Kumar.
