
In the middle of the increased tension between India and Pakistan after a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, the Indian man was arrested for alleged vandalization of the Pakistani High Commission in London.
The incident occurred on Sunday morning, when a man, identified as 41 -year -old Ankit Love, broke the windows of diplomatic missions.
On Friday, this follows a sharp demonstration organized by Indian community groups and protests against the involvement of Pakistan in cross -border terrorism as a result of the terrorist attack of Pahalgam.
Metropolitan police on Monday confirmed that Ankit Love (41) was arrested and charged with criminal damage on Sunday. The police were called after reports that the man allegedly broke the windows of diplomatic missions in the early Sunday hours.
“Ankit Love, 41 (born 07.08.83), without a fixed address, was charged with a crime on Sunday, April 27,” said the Metropolitan Police spokesman.
“He was in custody for Monday 28th April to appear in a court of Westminster. The accusation follows the incident around 05: 00 on Sunday, April 27, when the police were called to reports on a man who reportedly smashed the windows of Pakistani high commission on Loware, Kensington and Chelsea.

Demonstration outside the Pakistani High Commission
Hundreds of members of the Indian community gathered on Friday in front of the Pakistani High Commission in London to protest against the terrorist attack in the Pahalgam Jammu and Kashmir.
The protesters, who held Indian flags, banners and labels, expressed deep sadness over the loss of innocent lives and demanded victims of justice. They raised slogans against terrorism and criticized Pakistan for the support and protection of terrorist groups responsible for such attacks.
