Doctors working at District, District Hospitals and Community Health Centers perform complex operations, eliminating the need for patients to be sent to larger hospitals for treatment, said Director of Secondary Health K. Chakradhar Babu.
In a report on Tuesday (April 21, 2026), he cited the examples of two women, Samrajyam (65) and Nancharamma (38), who were badly injured in separate road accidents and have now recovered after undergoing complex operations at the Tenali District Hospital.
