Telangana police case against AP cops over arrest of YouTuber

Telangana’s Saroornagar police have registered a case against two police officers from Vizianagaram district in Andhra Pradesh who arrested YouTuber K. Venkatrami Reddy (KVR) on July 1.

Following a complaint filed by KVR’s wife Vijayalakshmi, who alleged that unidentified persons claiming to be AP police arrived at the ‘mufti’ and took her husband away from home. They did not reveal their identities and acted tough, she claimed.

Telangana Police has registered a case and started investigation.
