Telangana Congress leaders called on Delhi on 12 October

The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) has asked all party MPs, MLAs, MLCs, District Congress Committee (DCC) and City District Congress Committee (CDCC) presidents, TPCC vice-presidents, general secretaries and leaders to reach New Delhi on the night of 11 October or the morning of 12 October.

According to TPCC President B. Mahesh Kumar Gouda, they have requested to report in New Delhi as per the instructions of AICC General Secretary (Organisation) KC Venugopal. He urged the leaders to treat the instruction as a matter of utmost importance.

Party officials said they would attend a rally demanding the scrapping of the SIR and also the resignation of CEC Gyanesh Kumar. Party leaders from across the country will join the rally.
