Rjd Tejashwi Yadav leader on Sunday (July 13, 2025) questioned the claim that a special intensive revision (Sir) of election roles in Bihar had progressed at a rapid pace and will be completed before the date of 25 July.
The opposition leader in the State Assembly, which focuses on a press conference, also claimed a strong exception to the “silence” of the EC on the proposal of the Supreme Court that Aadhaar Card and Gartion Card will be included in the list of acceptable documents to be submitted by voters in the 2003 election war.
“In her press note issued on Saturday, the ES claimed that more than 80% of the 7.90 Crore voters were already included under Sir. This is confused that the estimated four crore people from Bihar live in other countries.”
“We would like to know from ES how many such migrants were covered on the basis of exercise. It is well known that during the elections a large number of people are returning to their home state to give their voices.
He seems to play with the characters to give the false impression that he performs this exercise competently.
“We have received complaints that the stall levels (BLOS) are under pressure to achieve the goals and finally collect the list of forms without those that are properly signed and filled with the voters in question,” he added.
Mr. Yadav also played several video clips in which the forms of enumeration were shown on the streets, emphasized that Sir was disturbed by many inconsistencies.
However, the x -election officer’s descriptor has launched the “Facts check” that reveals this videos.
Mr. Yadav claimed: “ES never comes with a proper statement or press conference explaining what he intends to order with the beginning this week when it was said to consider the inclusion of the Aadhaar card and the ration card.” There is no clarity that agents at the stand level nominated by political parties should play during exercise, he said.
“In his rupture of a hurry to fulfill the date of 25 July, the EC came up with an advertisement that said those who could not submit their documents can only save their forms and leave the remaining things for receivables/objections.
Mr. Yadav, who spoke in the presence of a number of alliance partners, also said: “We still believe that Sir is a deprived exercise, unauthorized, many existing voters about their franchise rights should benefit the ruling NDA.
There were several seats in the surveys of the Assembly of 2020, in which candidates Mahagathbandhan (prototype Bihar in India Bloc) lost margins of 3,000 votes or less. Small manipulation in the selector list can easily tilt the scale. If ES really believes that the voter list has been suspicious so far, it should claim last year’s Lok Sabha elections for null and invalid, Yadav said.
He mocked BJP’s claim that the exercise was necessary to eliminate “illegal Bangladesh immigrants and Rohingy” from the voters’ list.
“The Lok Sabha surveys in 2014 and 2019 led by BJP led extremely well. Even last year, NDA wrapped 30 out of 40 seats. So BJP should tell us whether they think that alleged infiltrators voted for Narendra Modi,” he added.
