Minister of Health SATHYA KUMAR YADAV on Friday (July 11) distributed digital tablets to persons (RPS) at a special event in Dharmavaram in the district of Sri Satya Sai.
The Minister said that a unique initiative is part of government pressure towards intelligent administration and improving the provision of services at the locals.
He stressed the importance of management technology and said digital tools play a crucial role in creating transparency, speed and responsibility in public services.
“Tablets would help employees effectively collect data, report real -time problems and monitor the implementation of health, hygiene and social security systems,” he said.
“It is a deception that you think technology is a luxury. It is an important need to quickly correct public complaints and ensure greater service accuracy,” he said, adding that technology would significantly reduce manual delays and lead to better coordination between departments.
On this occasion, the Minister also launched Mahila Akasham, which is designed to expand the efficiency in the functioning of self -help groups (SHG).
The municipal commissioner Dharmavaram Pramod Kumar, officials from Mepma and revenue and healthcare were present.
