The technology employee decided to leave the company after 3.5 years and said in a social media post: “I decided to resign on my current society, where I worked for more than 3.5 years. Everyone follows the hybrid model and we can apply for WFH if there is any reason.”
He discussed the recent compulsory work from the office request and inability to take the sheets during the announcement period: “He had a call with HR and told me I had to come to the office daily until my announcement ends and I can’t take more than 1 vacation per month within 90 days.”
