
The leaders of the recognized teaching associations in the state on Friday (May 16) boycotted a meeting that was planned to take place with the headmaster of Vijay Rama Raja to discuss key issues. They accused officials of the Ministry of Education of “unilateral implementation of policies that will negatively affect school education.
They said they would intensify their protest, teachers around the state will be protests in the district educational offices 21 May and 23rd. They also insisted that teachers’ meetings were only carried out in the presence of Nara Loking Minister.
“So far we have had 30 rounds of meetings, but none of our proposals has been taken into account,” teacher President Andr Pradesh (aptf) Ch. She said the trade unions were represented with 16 requirements to want officials to deal with the first. “If the government ignores our requests, we will further intensify our protest,” she warned.

The leaders said that at secondary schools on a 1:30 ratio, a second section should be introduced as soon as the students’ strength exceeds 45. For each additional 40 students, a new part should be created. They said that the appointment of school assistants as headmaster of elementary schools was unscientific. They wanted to continue the parallel media and the pattern of employees will be maintained accordingly.
They said that in the foundation and elementary elementary schools should be sanctioned as soon as the strength reaches 41. They also demanded promotional actions to secondary grade teachers at model primary schools and stated that directors should be appointed appropriately. The ratio of 1:20 teachers should be implemented at elementary schools of the foundation, they said.
In 2023, they quoted the case of teachers who received promotional actions in the “reapportionment” exercise, said the teachers were now staring at a similar situation and facing injustices in transfers.
They said that without solving the problem of government and Panchayat Raj rules of service, it was unfair to ask teachers with long -term experience to return to their parental management.
The leaders said they have always expanded their cooperation to the government in improving the educational sector. However, they were adopted against a unilateral decision without considering their opinions and proposals.
