
Leaders Andhra Pradesh Teachers Teachers Joint Action Committee said on Tuesday that they temporarily postponed their proposed protest after school education officials agreed to meet some of their key requirements.
In a Statement, The Jac State President G. Hrhasa Raju and General Secretary S. Chiranjeevi Said That The Talks Held with the Department Officials Were Successful As They Agreed to Implement Transfers of Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTS) In Manual Mode High Schools Where Student Strength Exceneded 49, Sanction and Second Post In Foundation Schools Where Student Strength EXCEEDED 20, and to Run the Primary Sections Currently Managed Within High Schools As Separate Entities.
They also said that officials also agreed to modify academic instructors or excess teachers for the subjects in the event of increased workload, do not include the positions of teachers who were on study holidays and were scheduled to return to August 2025.
They said that their demand for promotional events for 1,382 elementary school heads (PSHM) was awarded and also granted seven points in the transfers of teachers who have undergone again twice in the past.
JAC leaders said they were assured that in June the Committee would be created to solve problems related to the common services rules and that the decision on mutual transfer between mandal education officials (Meos) and the director will be started after the current cycle of transfers.
They said that officials reported that after discussing with the Minister for the Development of Nara Loket Human Resources, Lokets took the final decision on their demand for a parallel medium (language language).
