Members of the Association of Teachers of Navya Andhra on Sunday (May 25) urged Vijay Rama Raja school education commissioners to deal with questions about the overworking of pedagogical staff, transfers, allocations of the subject and promotion of teachers.
During the coordination meeting held with an official, members of the association submitted their requirements. They said that the head of the main elementary school (PSHM) should be assigned to the highest service teachers to be assigned to the Telugu teacher at higher primary schools and teachers who were transferred in 2017 in 2017
They also demanded changes that continue to rework pedagogical staff to be limited to 32 in secondary schools and that the minimum size of the class section will be set at 45 students. Students should be modified before starting the transmission process.
They said that all DSC-2025 posts should be reflected in the teacher’s transmission process and no contribution should be blocked. They said that the teachers of ZP have already suffered from fears of the transition to Zilla Parisad to further leadership because of lack of service rules and promotional opportunities for more than 25 years.
They said that in elementary school model jobs, manual counseling should only be carried out for those who expressly express their willingness, and school assistants who did not want to choose HM contributions should be allowed to apply for assistant posts during the same advice.
