Parvatipuram TDP MLA Bonel Vijaya Chandra asked the farmers to focus on gardening crops, milk sector to create further revenue, using various schemes of the state government.
During his visit to Balugudaba in Parvatipuram Mandal, he participated in agricultural activities and communicated with local farmers.
On this occasion, he said that the vision of the Chief Minister N. Chandrababa Naida allowed the state to testify to 1.69 GBP Crore worth economic, especially through the milk sector. He said that the nabard, the Department of Animal Breeding and other government authorities offer subsidies for the purchase of cows and buffaloes that ensure that farmers earn decent intake of milk and related products.
Mr. Vijaya Chandra also recommended farmers to use free fields for gardening crops, as it would help farmers to generate additional income, as traditional crops such as unpeeed, sugar cane and corn no longer bring decent income due to rising agriculture costs over the last two decades.
