Forty -year -old American technician, Bitan Adhikary, was shot together with 25 other people after Tuesday 22nd April started a terrorist attack on tourists by a terrorist attack on tourists.
Bitan Adhikary, who lives in Brandon, Florida, in the United States, arrived in his hometown on April 8, according to reports, with his wife Sohini and three -year -old son Hridaan at the summer break.

The Chief Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee called Sohini to express his condolences after the attack and assured her that the state government would expand all the possible assistance to bring them back home.
According to people who were aware of development, other tourists who come from West Bengal also receive help after Tuesday’s attack in Pahalgam, according to the report.
“One of the victims, Sri Bitan Adhikari, is from West Bengal. I spoke to my wife by telephone. Although no words are enough to comfort her in this class, I assured her that my government brings all its deadly remnants to her house in Calcut,” Mamata Banerjee said in X.

According to CM Mamata Banerjee on X, three people from West Bengal died in a terrorist attack of Pahalgam.
The names of the victims were bitan adhikari (from Baishnabghata, Kolkata), Samir Guha (Sakher Bazar, Kolkata) and Manish Ranjan (Jhalda, Purulia), according to post.
“They are not enough for their families, even though my heart goes to them. We stand with families,” said the main minister of her contribution on X.
Who was Bitan Adhikary?
Bitan Adhikary was an Indian technician based in the USA, who worked as a test manager for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Tampa, Florida, United States, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Before joining TCS, Adhikary worked as a test line with Verizon for almost two years and six months. He also had 12 years of experience in working with a cognizant in the United States.
According to LinkedIn data, the bachelor organized technology in electrical engineering at West Bengal University of Technology in Calcutta.
