A local court in Nashik did not grant interim relief to TCS employee Nida Khan on her anticipatory bail plea. It issued a notice to the respondents and asked the Nashik police to file their reply to the application by April 27, when the court will hear the matter again.
Another court in Nashik sent Ms Khan’s co-accused Raza Memon and Shafi Sheikh to 14-day judicial custody after their police custody ended.
