
Taylor Swift was issued a limiting order against her Los Angeles Stalker, who “believes” is the mother of her child. The pop star said she had “fear of immediate damage” because of him.
Stalker, Brian Jason Wagner, allegedly visited his home in Los Angeles AE -mail to send the threat to employees of the singer.
According to the statutory submission acquired by Page Six, filed on Friday on Friday, Swift said that Wagner made various statements that he lives in her property, “Being with me … I believe I am my son’s mother… (a) who needs me personally.”
He claimed that it was all “false and disconnected from reality,” said the singer Wagner first stopped at her home in Los Angeles in 2024 and returned several times in July.
According to legal submission, Wagner carried a glass bottle on at least one of the opportunities in July 2024 “This could be used as a weapon”.

The submission states that Wagner reportedly found a way to place the singer’s address on a driving license and try to send the mail home.
Taylor Swift repeated that she had “no relationship with Wagner” and said she “never met or communicated with him”.
The temporary order to restraint was issued on Monday and expired on June 30.
