The Chief Minister of MK Stalin claimed here on Monday that Tamil Nadu would continue to rise under the rule of the predatian-model. He addressed the Assembly on the Conclave of Investors Conclave TN.
The Chief Minister launched commercial production in four projects based in Tirunevel, Toothukuku and Kancheepuram at the price of 1,230 GBP Crore. These projects are expected to create job opportunities for 3,100 people in these regions.
In addition, the Memorandum of Understanding (MY) was signed in the presence of the main minister for 41 projects across Tamil Nadu, with a total investment of 32,554 Crore. These projects are expected to create over 49,000 jobs throughout the state. Of the 41 projects, 19 under the micro sector, a small and medium -sized enterprise (MSME) with a combined investment of 265.15 crore.
When he spoke at the event, Mr. Stalin said, “The dream that Kalaignar Karunanidhi had for South Tamil Nadu had now became a reality.” He added that he remembered his speech at the VINFAST Manufacturing Unit inauguration event and added, “Today is the golden day in the growth of the southern districts.”
Mr. Stalin, noting that this is the second time that the conclave of investors in thoothuku takes place, emphasized the potential of the city. “We are determined to develop thoothuku, a city with a harbor, a rich natural resources and a qualified workforce in an industrially advanced neighborhood,” he said.
Mr. Stalin pointed out that for the industry establishment of operations in southern industrial parks, which have already been equipped with infrastructure ready for use, special incentives were provided.
In the southern districts, projects such as the desalination plant in thoothuku, Tidel Park in Madurai and PM Mitra Park in Virudgunagar are established. Tidel Park and Tata Power Solar and Vikram Solar in Tirunevel have already been established, he said.
Stalin said that South Tamil Nadu has now witnessed an unprecedented level of development. The current government worked with a wide goal of inclusive development and growth for all sectors, all districts and all communities. In accordance with this, the government focuses on developing industries, such as the production of top semiconductors, production of electric vehicles, production of solar cells, green hydrogen and information technology.
He announced four projects for the districts of thoothuku and Tirunelvel, including a 256 acres space park and a reserved construction industry in thoothuku, a common center of a common facility in Toothkuku and Tirunelvel at the price of 5.59 Crore for Moring’s export.
