
26/11 The terrorist attack in Mumbai was accused by the appeal of Tahawur Rany at the US Supreme Court, which sought to stay in India, was rejected on Monday, April 7.

Tahawwur Rana submitted 27 February 2025 “an emergency request for a stay for the application for the Habeas Corpus enrollment”, with the associated judge of the Supreme Court of the United States and the district justice for the ninth district Elena Kagan.
Kagan denied the request at the beginning of last month.
Rana then renewed her “emergency application for a waiting for court proceedings for the registration of Habeas Corpus the previously addressed to Judge Kagan” and asked to focus on the renewed request on the US chief judge John Roberts.
The order on the US Supreme Court’s website noted that the renewed request of the wound was “April 4 distributed to the conference” and was “referred to the court”.

The US Supreme Court rejected Ran’s petition for written Certiors concerning his original Habeas petition on 21 January. The application notes that the newly confirmed state secretary Marco Rubio met the Minister of External Affairs Jaishankar on the same day.
Tahawwur Rana is “surrender of India”
When the Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Washington 12 February to meet Donald Trump, the Rana Council received a letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that “February 11, 2025, the State Secretary decided to allow” Ran’s “surrender to India”.
