Mumbai terrorist attacks Key master Tahawwur Hussain Rana is interrogated for eight to ten hours a day by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to disintegrate a larger plot behind the dreaded strikes, official sources said on Monday (April 14, 2025).
NIA officials provide Ran’s medical control and are allowed to meet his lawyer, according to the order of Delhi, which he had at the beginning of Friday (11 April 2025) in the morning awarded the agency a 18 -day link after its release from the US, they said.

“Rana cooperates during the interrogation,” said the source, adding that a team of NIA officials led by the main investigator Jaya Roy is interrogating him.
Sources have said that Rana has so far applied for only three things – a pen, paper sheets or a notebook and a Koran – which were provided to him.
They said that there has been no specific demand related to the food that the Rana has acquired, and according to standard protocols intended for these objects, it is provided to him “foods that are provided to any other accused”.

Sources said the dreaded terrorist attack was held in a highly sent cell within the Central Agencies headquarters here in the CGO complex and is guarded by continuous security staff continuously.
