
State Minister for Development of Rural Dr. Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar told Hindu that the Ministry of Railways approved the road above Most (Robs) in Syamala Nagar and Sanjeevaiah Nagar in Guntur, with the total financing of RS. 160 crore.
Dr. Pemmasani said that all costs would be borne by the central government, without a financial obligation by the state. He stressed that these approval fulfilled public promises during the elections and added that the necessary infrastructure for Guntur is solved one by one.
He also stated that the inclusion of these two latest approval was now sanctioned a total of seven robbing for the parliamentary election district of Guntur – Sakar Vilas, Gaddipad, Pedapalakalur, Nandivelugu and Mangalagiri are the others. Together these projects represent RS. 572 Crore in central financing, with the center to take full financial responsibility.
Dr. Pemmasani also met the CEO of South Central Railway ARUN Kumar Jain in Hyderabad on Friday and expressed gratitude for his support. He asked GM to cooperate with drainage and transport problems near the three existing bridges in Guntur City.
