
S-Spinner Suyash Sharma thanked Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) for his help in his surgery hernia. S-Spinner said he did not expect to appear in the first few games of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 for his injury.
After debut in 2023 in 2023, the 21 -year -old Suyash with Kolkata Knight (KKR) remained for two seasons before RCB chose it at RS 2.60 Crore at the Mega auction that took place in Jeddah last year.
Suyash, who has 14 goals from 22 IPL matches, said he once played with injections.
“I was very happy, absolutely happy. I knew I had a great chance with RCB. I practiced – that was happening for two years. Only two years ago I played injections. We didn’t know what was happening in India because we didn’t know what a problem was.

“RCB sent me to London for her operation. And there I had James Pipey. He and his family treated me like their own family. I had three hernia, telling the truth – I didn’t expect to play the first match. I was told to play after three or four matches.
“But James took care of me so well, better than anyone else.
In nine matches in IPL 2025, Suyash picked up four goals at an economic rate of 7.97 with the best numbers 4-0-26-2 against Kings Pandjab (PBK) April 20 in Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur.
RCBs are currently located at the top of the table and will face Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at home.
