
Indian Captain T20i, Suryakumar Yadav, underwent successful surgery for sports keel in the lower right belly in Munich, Germany. The 34 -year -old dough is currently recovering and is expected to begin rehabilitation in the BCCI Excellency Center in Bengalur in two weeks.
“Life update: She underwent sports hernias in the lower right belly. Graded for sharing that after a smooth operation I am on my way to healing. I can’t wait to get back,” Suryakumar said on Wednesday on social media.
Sports hernia is damage to soft tissue in groin or lower abdomen, which usually affects muscles, tendons or bonds. This means the third Suryakumar surgery in so many years, after ankle surgery in 2023 and similar hernia procedures in 2024.
Suryakumar was last seen in action during IPL 2025, where he played a crucial role in the Indians in Mumbai on the play -off.
