Our Summer Shape Challenge is a 6-week program starting on July 7, 2025. All it takes is just 30 minutes of exercise a day, 6 days a week for 6 weeks!

- Comment on our Instagram post to introduce yourself
- Reach out to others to connect and form your group
- Choose a platform (DMs, Text, FB, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Pick a team name
- Submit your group by July 14!
- Stay connected through our Facebook Group and Instagram
