
Hyderabad witnessed the sudden magic of heavy showers on Sunday evening after an otherwise bright and sunny day, and from the heat brought so much necessary relief, but several areas left conditions. According to Tellangana Development Planning Society (TGDPS), the city recorded a sharp increase in precipitation within three hours, led to extensive contamination.
The downpour began around 19:00 and initially rushed through the northern and northeastern parts of the city before it spread to other locations. The commuting, who returns from weekend trips, were caught unprepared, with many forced to hide under the metro stations in Secunderabad in Paradise and the show. Fortunately, when it was Sunday, traffic muddy was largely prevented despite the water -respected roads.
The areas including Mettugud, Moula Ali, Malkajgiri, Safialguda and parts of the canton of Secunderab have witnessed serious contamination. Attacks such as Nilayam railway underpass towards Mettugud, Tarnaka, Habiguda, Nacharam towards Malapur, Panjagutta, Ameerpet and Sr Nagar. Although the overload was minimal, the aquatic roads reduced the movement of traffic on narrow single -lane passages. At several locations, those who parked vehicles by the road were forced to wait for the water to retreat before moving.
Employees of all three Commissioners from Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachakonda were distributed at key intersections to regulate traffic. Hyderabad Disaster Rester and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) (HYDRAA) teams were also pushed into service to clean the flooded sections.
AS OF 10 PM, HAYATNAGAR HAD RECORDED THE HIGHEST RAINFALL WITH 87.5 mm, Followed by 70.3 mm in Kapra, 61.5 mm in Cherlapally, 56.8 mm in Needmet, 55 mm in Malkajgiri, 54 mm in Uppal, 52.3 mm in Anandbagg, 47.3 mm in Mallapur, 47 mm Secunderabad cantonment, 46.3 mm in Safilguda, 46 mm in Secunderabad, 40.8 mm in Moula Ali, 37.3 mm in Mettuguda, 34 mm in Alwal, 30 mm in Sainikpuri, 27.5 mm in the west.
