Interior Minister Vangalapudi said that officers who violated the law and committed mistakes are now facing problems.
On Tuesday, he spoke to Vijayawada reporters, and the Minister of the Interior said: “The government has arrested the suspended IPS P. Sitarama Anjaneyulu with proof. Regardless of the series, we will punish the accused.” TDP leaders were booked in false cases and harassed during YSRCP mode, she added.
Regarding the murder of the driver of V. Subramanyama (delivery of the physical case for doors) in the district of Kakinada in 2022, Mrs. Anitha said, according to the request of the victim’s family members, the state government ordered a thorough investigation of the case.
