The Directorate on Vigilance and Corruption (twenty) team was arrested by Thaiyallnayagi, a female sub-inspector of Tiruchi East Taluk, for accusing the demanding and acquiring of 13,000 GBP as a postage from a woman looking for a sub-division Patta.
The press release twenty said Rabiya had purchased land in Kottapatu on behalf of her husband Basheer Ahmed. On Thursday she turned to Thaiyallanayagi looking for a partial division of Patta. A woman’s official demanded 13,000 GBP as bribes to complete the work. Mrs. Rabiya filed a complaint against the twenty, Tiruchi on Friday.
