As many as nine students of S. Giranavar PU College who were trained by Sri Chaitanya Institution were felicitated for their performance in the JEE Main – 1 examination at Belagavi on 18th February. Most of the students passed with a high percentage. Those felicitated had scores above 90%, the report said.
These include Shiva Raj A Kone who scored 97.07%, Shreyas Kenegeri who scored 95.82% and Sanyukta Ingale who scored 95.79%.
Tanmay Katkar scored 93.44%, Anshul A. Murnal scored 93.38%, Atharva Pravin Patil scored 92.19%, Priyanka R. Pattanashetti scored 91.37%, Ayush Prashantha scored 91.25% and Eshwari M. Marennavar scored 90.04%. The students attributed their good results to the professional training they were given.
The principal, faculty members, parents and others were present, the statement said.
