
Student Bengalur was reportedly raped and blackmail two lecturers and their friend after being lured into the city under the pretext of academic assistance.
According to India Today, both lecturers and their friend were arrested after the student submitted a complaint to the State Commission of Karnataka, which ordered the police to take quick measures.
The accused were identified as Narendra, lecturer of physics; Sandeep, a lecturer of biology; and anup, narrow known both. All three men are associated with a private university in Bengalur.
Allegedly raped, a diversified student
According to Narendra report, he invited the student to Bengalur, who promised to share academic notes. Reportedly he took her to a friend’s house where he raped her. Determination escalated when Sandeep allegedly used a video of the attack to blackmail the student and again sexually attacked it, India Today’s report continued.
Anup, another accused, threatened her with an alleged shot of CCTV from her visit and raped the student.
However, the complaint was filed after a month of the incident. According to the report, the student recently informed his parents. Then there was a formal complaint in the female commission, which caused the police to register and arrest the accused.

“The case was registered on 5 July. Based on the victim’s complaint, we arrested three individuals,” said Banoth, a joint police commissioner East Division.

In separate reports on Monday, a local court in Sonbhadra Uttar Pradesh on Monday sentenced a man to 20 years of strict imprisonment for rape of a girl several times under the pretext of marriage.
The judge of other meetings and the special judge Potso Amit Veer Singh found Sutesh Kumar (21), the inhabitants of the village of Kharkhara, the rape and also imposed a fine £10 000, said PTI report.

The survivor told the police that the accused even gave her a cell phone and called her to meet him, during which he would rape her.

Based on her complaint, the case was registered and the investigation started. After the assembly of sufficient evidence, the police filed an indictment in court.
The court sentenced Suresh to 20 years of strict imprisonment.
It also ordered £8,000 fines are paid to the survivor and ordered another monthly sentence if the fine is not paid.
