The debate began on social media after the user criticized the Strict Study Ias Neha Byadwal during the preparation. Reportedly did not use the phone for three years. “People say I feel a girl because I’m jealous: no bro. I’m just a girl standing in front of you and wants a return on investment for my tax money,” she added.
Many others agree and say that many officers treat the administration as their personal zone of power and blindly follow training notes. Some users believe that government officials lack work experience and do not know how to deal with teams or real -life problems.

“I simply do not understand what IAS will know about electricity when it becomes MD Council. Similarly, what will Babu know when he leads the Directorate of the CEO for Transport or Aviation?” He was thinking of one user.
Another user wrote: “Why only UPSC. It permeates our engineers (IIT/KOTA factory), time and the rest.”
Many others, however, disagreed.

Who is NOZADWAL?
Officer IAS NEHA BYDWAL belongs to the village in Jaipur, where women remained behind the veil and education for girls were rare. In 2021 she became the first officer Ias from her village and brought hope and change.
