
A street seller, who sells lemon juice from a wheelchair on a necklace road, claimed that the police had attacked and forced to clean the toilets at the Panjagutta police station for refusing to pay a bribe and continue operation near ice cream ascent.
The seller, Abdul Rahman, complained that the local police told him to stop selling near ice cream or regularly paid bribes. The seller claimed that when he refused to observe, on Thursday, the constable group had confiscated their belongings and ordered him to introduce the next morning at the Khairatabad police station.
Mr. Rahman claims that five to six police officers began to attack him at the police station, and later the police inspector in Khairatabad Rajshekar also subjected him to further physical abuse and verbal insults.
The seller claimed that Inspector Rajshekar ordered him to clean the toilets at the Panjagutta police station and that he was detained at the station until late night, without food or medical assistance, and was released only after he was issued to give the impression of empty sheets of paper.
After his release, the lemon juice dealer turned to MBT leaders AMJEJ KHAN for support. Police officials Hyderabad confirmed that the investigation would be initiated.
The head officer from the central zone said he verified the claims of the supplier. The officer added that the ice cream owner had previously filed a complaint that the juice seller threatened him with a knife on April 11 and urged the police to take steps. On the basis of this complaint, Rahman was reportedly picked up for questioning.
