
Main Minister N. Chandrababa Naida said on Friday that free travel facilities provided to women in the state would support their financial independence.
After launching “Stree Shakti”, a free bus travel scheme for women in Vijayawad City Bus Depot at the Pandit bus station, Mr. Naida called this program “Brethren gift to his sisters throughout the state in independence”. As part of this initiative, women should be allowed to travel for free in five buses – Palle Veluga, Ultra Pall Veluga, City Ordinary, Express and Metro Express Services. Of the total number of 11,449 buses in the AP State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC), free travel equipment was provided in 8,458 (74%) vehicles, he said.
Mr. Naidu reported that in addition to improving infrastructure and sophisticated arrangements, officials, employees and APSRTC staff across 129 depot and 423 bus stations across four zones, they were well prepared to manage the increase in demand. The focus was moved to cleanliness in bus stations.
He said that the state would receive 1,050 new electric buses that would expand the APSRTC fleet. In addition to the extension of parcel and service service services, the GPS was installed in real time buses.
The main minister said that only electric buses for the state from now on were decided. He stated with regard to the possible impact of free bus transport for women on the livelihood of auto-ricksha drivers, the state would extend their support to prevent the loss of living.
Women
He said TDP, since his foundation, gave the highest priority of the welfare of women. The founder of the party and the late main Minister NT Rama Rao granted female ownership rights, 9% reservation in local bodies and founded the female university in Tirupati. “In his footsteps I offered 33% of quotas to women in politics, jobs and universities, introduced DWCRA, named female conductors and will soon be women drivers,” Mr. Naida said.
He also stated that the coalition government in the state is implementing social care programs.
Safety
Representatives of the Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan said that more than help students and women will save a monthly amount of 1,500-2 000 GBP, this program is essentially about women’s security and has therefore been named “Stree Shakti”. He said CCTV cameras will be installed on buses and female conductors will be equipped with handkerchiefs. This is supposed to instill confidence between girls and women who can travel safely anywhere throughout the state.
He said that despite serious financial problems, the main minister, anticipation and experience, he overcame challenges and fulfilled these important promises, which was part of the “Super Six” Coalition Government in the State.
He said that female passengers will be issued to zero fares and will provide them with financial security and freedom of movement.
The Minister of Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, real -time administration and the development of Human Resources N. Loksh said through Stree Shakti, the government wanted to strengthen women for greater economic independence.
Referring to the criticism of the Chief of the Congress Party, the YSR, Mr. Lolesh said, who did not have the right to criticize others in their own homes. He said that if there are occasions, women can create miracles. He quoted an example of his mother BhuvaneSwari, which successfully operated 5,000 crore and led the NTR confidence.
The main minister, along with Mr. Pawan Kalyan, Mr. Loket and the State President of BJP PVN Madhav, arrived at the RTC bus meeting, from Tired and communicated with women commuting for their travel needs.
