The heel between the two Telugana and Andhra Pradesh Teluga states, for the payment of expenditures created by Telangana for the maintenance of constitutional bodies and joint institutions, continues.
The recent meeting convened by the General Accounting of both states on 2 September and attended by higher officials of Telangany and Andhra Pradesh, could not break the stalemate because delegation Andhra Pradesh reportedly insisted that there was a greater clarity of telangan claims over the amount that should be limited. The meeting through the video conference was convened by the administrator and general auditor in India to solve Imbroglio on the example of the Ministry of the Interior of the Union.
The meeting discussed the division of the release of centrally sponsored schemes awaiting the settlement for more than ten years, despite several meetings/correspondence with the governments of both states. This initiative followed the repeated representations of Telangans that the state had caused Crore 703.43 GBP and Andhra Pradesh owed Crore 408.49 GBP for constitutional bodies and common institutions such as Raj Bhavan, High Court, Lok Ayukta and Human Rights Commission.
The payment of fees was necessary to ensure that the TELANGANY finances were not disproportionately burdened with the costs that were shared by responsibility, the representative of the Chief Minister Malla Bhatti Vikramark in the past told the Minister of the Interior Govind Mohan.
However, delegation Andhra Pradesh states that it insists that it should be clear in the quantum of waiting amounts between the two states and stated that the meeting between the financial officials of both states will soon be convened to withstand the differences. “It’s like returning to squares. The AP delegation has not given a possible date when the meeting is likely,” the official said.
