Sanju Samson is one of the most popular cricketers in India who has grabbed attention for his performance on the field as well as his personal achievements. However, the batsman prefers a quieter life, away from the spotlight. Talking about his personal life, Samson reportedly owns houses in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. His main residence is in Keralam.

Sanju Samson’s coastal house in Kerala

Sanju Samson and his wife Charulatha Ramesh live in a luxury bungalow in Vizhinjam, a coastal area in Thiruvananthapuram. The detached villa is a blend of traditional southern aesthetics with contemporary architecture, with white walls, wooden stairs and marble floors.

According to the pictures shared by the cricketer on Instagram, Sanju Samson’s house has an open layout. It is reportedly designed to allow plenty of natural light and coastal breezes to flow through the interiors just like traditional homes in the state. The exterior of the bungalow strikes a balance between simplicity and sophistication with large glass doors and wooden framed windows. Its distinctive stainless steel entrance gate decorated with geometric patterns gives the facade a modern touch.

White walls, marble floor

Inside, the house follows a soothing color palette with a mix of whites, creams and browns that add a touch of brightness to the space. The porch has white and gray marble floors. The living room has cream-brown sofas that bring just the right amount of warmth. The wooden floor leading to the wooden starcase adds a rustic element to the modern interior.

A garden with a pink motif

The courtyard of the house reflects the cultural heritage of Kerala through floral rangoli and traditional brass lamps as seen in the pictures. The property is surrounded by tall plants, vines and creepers leading to the balcony. Artificial grass flooring is also spotted on the balcony, turning it into a cozy corner.

Earlier, Charulatha shared a glimpse of their garden on Instagram. In the picture, she was seen posing next to plants in pink pots. The garden wall was also painted a soft shade of pink that complemented the flower pots.

Wooden columns, ceiling and more

The house also has intricately carved columns and a wood-beamed ceiling with traditional lattice frames. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows throughout the house let in sunlight. A vintage-style glass chandelier can also be seen towards the entrance.

Private gym

Asianet News reported that Sanju Samson’s Kerala bungalow also has a private gym. The reportedly fully equipped gym comes with state-of-the-art equipment.

The lavish coastal home costs approx ₹6 million, according to the publication.
