Transport and back -up classes Minister of Social Care Ponnam Prabhakar urged people to use stainless steel dishes instead of plastic food containers, transport bags and cups to avoid the potential of environmental and public health.
He spoke after distribution of stainless steel dishes to members of the female self -help groups (SHG) in the village of Akunuru, Saidapur Mandal on Thursday.
As part of an ecological initiative for a steel bank, in ecological case, all women of SHG in the Husnabad constituency are distributed in memory of my father, late ponam Sathaih Goud to encourage the use of steel dishes, that the initiative will help fight plastic polluting.
Collector Karimnagar Pamela Satatha and others were present.
The Minister launched an open gym and laid the foundation stone in the dormitory hall in the Gandhi Balie Vidyalaya in the village of Akunuru.
He previously launched a new Panchayat Gram building in the village of Eklaspur and spread the sets of steel banks to local women SHG.
