
The investigation of the crime branch seemed to accusations of a sexual offense against the leader of Rahul Mamkootathil on Monday entered the new phase, recording a third -party complainant who previously moved Kerala State Commission to protect children’s rights against Palackad Mla.
The complainant, the lawyer Shinto Sebastian, who was supposed to quote an anonymous voice clip, accused Mr Mamkootathil of the “coercion of the victim” to end her pregnancy at the danger of her life, that he had submitted “evidence” to the investigators.
Mr Mamkoothat has since denied that the anonymous male voice in the interview was his.
Meanwhile, the state police were also investigating growing cyber attacks and a villa campaign against people, including alleged victims, activists and prominent female leaders of congress, looking for Mr. Mamkoothathil’s resignation for moral and ethical reasons.
Officials suspect that “specialized troll farms” for spiral -like cyber attacks employ AI software and tools to flood social media networks with intentionally offensive, slanderous and provocative online contributions, perhaps manipulate public opinion on this matter.
The police believe that unprecedented targeted online shame could be a trick that would intimidate alleged victims in the upcoming law enforcement.
In addition, the coercive bodies have also stated that bringing such online manefactors to the book could alleviate the enemy social environment that said it may have prevented victims forward because of fear of socially stigmatization.
The crime branch was also allegedly a position to record the statement of several journalists inviting the alleged sacrifice, and described its “traumatized physical and mental state” on social and conventional media. Journalists also quoted alleged cases of stimulus and threats to demand the silence of the victims.
Meanwhile, the crime branch was reportedly prepared for short lectures by Shamsheer’s office on legal challenges faced by Mamkootath, given the two ongoing investigation against the MLA, including the alleged use of voters for voters for “equipment” of the online state congress. Mr Mamkootath has denied the accusation since then.
