On Thursday on Thursday, a large cultural procession inspired the respect for the inspiring Grand Dasar finals on the occasion of the Vijayadashami parade in Mysuro and attracted thousands to the palace districts and Raja Marg to witness state culture, art and heritage.
This year, the procession was introduced by 59 tables and more than 100 cultural and folk groups, and artists were drawn from each district in the state to show the cultural diversity of the state.
Together with the Dasara Tableaux Committee, various government authorities, councils, corporations and institutions, the districts showed their history, culture and heritage in their displays, and the total number of participants in the Jamboo Savari procession brought 132.
When the procession developed, with a large entry of liquid elephants, air vibrated with the rhythms of drums and other traditional instruments with folk groups that entertained the audience with their performances.
Folk groups including Veraragas, Doll Kunita, Jhanz Pathak, Soman Kunit, Jaggalagi Mel, Donne Varas, Kangilu Kunita, Sattige Kunit, Halage Mel, Halakki Karadi Majal, Hejje Mel, Tamát Nagari.
Tableau Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation for Shakti Warranty Scheme, which emphasized free travel of buses for women who used more than 500 women Crore was the first tableau to hit the parade. This was followed by the Tableau Hindustan Aeronautics Limited representing its strengths in the air space. MYSURU CITY CORPORATION introduced the table on the “healthy and sustainable Mysur” and the Ministry of Information and Publicity emphasized the success of the warranty schemes of the state government in its tableau.
Several districts have praised their unique contributions emphasizing diverse culture and heritage. If Dharwad introduced Garag’s well -known cradle and Navalgund Jemkhanas, Uttara Kannada paid tribute to Queen Chennabhairadevi, the “spice of the Queen”.
Bagalkot introduced Kudalasangama, Koppal emphasized Kinhal Art, Shivamogg described the magnificence of Kedareshware’s temple and other ancient monuments, and the Ballari district promoted tourism with “see Sandur in September”.
UDUPI emphasized its initiative “Clean Udupi”, while Tumacura introduced his mixture of ancient and modern statues and Kodag introduced his trekking destinations. The Mysuru district showed Badanaval a handloom weaving tradition, while Bengalur Urban projected his vision as a “brand of Bengaluru”.
The Hassan district represented the cultivation of Gomateshwara and Coffee, while Bidar’s Tableau pointed out Fort. The tourism department introduced Anjanadri Hills in Koppal and the Institute for Speech and Hearing based in Mysuro with its presentation has spread awareness of learning disabilities.
This year, the procession presented more tables than last year, with the efforts of participants to create engaging displays according to instructions issued by the Tableux committee to ensure quality.
