
The state government is ready to change several rules related to different departments to stimulate more investment. The decision comes as a result of the Global Invest Keral Summit organized by the Industrial Industrial Department. A high -level meeting, chaired by the Chief Minister of Pinaraya Vijayan, decided to speed up further steps in this respect.
Up to 31 rules and principles related to different departments are expected to be changed. Policy and rules related to the departments of local government, income, electricity, the environment, the work, agriculture, university education and general policies and the rules will be updated or changed on Sunday to be issued on Sunday.
Relaxation will be carried out on standards concerning the width of entry into the rules of the Kerala 2019 building. It was also decided to increase the maximum permissible area of buildings for industrial purposes in Panchayats Category II.
Building permit
The list of support documents necessary for the application for a building permit on the lease will be revised. The registered lease will be considered a document for building ownership. Instructions for the regularization of structures performed under the Facillitation Act of 2019 will be revised.
The changes were also designed in the instructions for local self -governing bodies for receiving licenses and considered licenses issued on the basis of the provisions of industrial boards for the handling of a uniform window in Keral and the 1999 Industrial Organization area.
Standards for compulsory parking equipment for resorts and hotels in the tourism industry and hospitality will be released. To this end, standards for calculating the building area will be revised. The assessment will be granted permission to extend the rules for building the buildings valid at the time of the establishment of the company.
Working group
The local government department is also considered a working group that prefers the manifestations of interest admitted to the Global Summit Keral. Up to 13 amendments to the rules related to the local department of self -government are considered. The decision will be taken after consultation with the financial department regarding the removal of the provisions on the payment of additional fees in the protection of unpeeled land and wetlands in Kerala from 2008.
Applications for converting land -related projects that have appeared at the Global Invest Keral Global Summit will be accelerated and considered on the basis of a priority base. The confusion in the order to assess the Ministerial Committee on land ownership over 15 hectares for industrial purposes will be resolved. The circular will be issued by clarifying the powers of agricultural officers regarding the change in the type of land. Training will also be provided to agricultural officers. The assessment will be devoted to the revision of the fees for the authorization of the Board of Directors for checking the Ceral Pollution. The period of validity of the registration certificate according to the Act on Trades and Business Facilities will increase.
Simplified procedures
It was decided to consider proposals for simplifying land conversion procedures for facilitating investment, a proposal to streamline the procedures of the forest department and wildlife quickly and transparently to issue various permits and certificates and a proposal for the technical education industry to orient and strengthen the development of skills. The aim of the changes is to solve the lack of land for industrial use and simplify the land acquisition procedures and permits and to formulate the rules to accelerate permits related to different departments.
