Revision of the value of the characteristics in Karnataka is now in reward, due to the huge abyss between the current value of the instructions and the prevailing market value of real estate. This step also comes at a time when the stamp and registration department showed the collection of lower income for several reasons.
The difference between the value of counseling and the market value is especially sharp on the outskirts of the city, where the demand for agricultural land for real estate development was huge.

Sources have stated that discussions are underway to determine the extent of increase in the value of the instructions. “In urban areas, there is a discussion of the degree to improve places, houses, apartments, ordinary houses and villas together with a quantum to be reinforced for agricultural land.”
He learns that this time, new criteria could be adopted to consider the quantum of increasing the instructions for real estate, which are closer to national and state highways, district roads and 80 feet. Digital stamps
Meanwhile, the Ministry also focuses on increasing the income from the proposed implementation of digital stamps, which will prevent insufficient value in the use of stamps in the category of unregisable documents. Given that the Cabinet recently approved policy and Khata, on which private roads leading to places/apartments will be declared public roads, Lakhs will acquire Khata, which could lead to an initiative in transactions, sources said.
The department hopes for an increased selection of income when the rural department and the Panchayat Raj department issues the design of Khatas for about 85 lakh real estate this year and the city local authorities will release the design of Khatas for about 30 lakh real estate.
