Main Minister Tamil Nadu MK Stalin wrote CMS by seven states and the territory of the Union that does not apply to BJP, and urged them to oppose the presidency to the Supreme Court in the time frames for governors and present to refer to them under Article 200 of the Constitution. He emphasized the need for a coordinated legal strategy before the court and submitted a unified front to preserve and protect the basic structure of the Constitution.
Mr. Stalin wrote CMS of Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Pandjáb, Telangana, West Bengal and the territory of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday.
The Indian President, on the basis of the Union Government Council, referred to the Supreme Court’s counseling jurisdiction under Article 143 of the Constitution on 13 May and raised 14 questions before the court, Mr. Stalin said:
He stressed: “We must develop a coordinated legal strategy before the court and present a unified front to preserve and protect the basic structure of the Constitution, as follows our Honorary Supreme Court in his historical judgment. I look forward to your immediate and personal intervention in this fundamental problem.”
The historical judgment obtained by its government was not only for TN, but for all countries, he said, because this confirmed the federal structure and division of powers between states and Union, thus effectively preventing the obstacle to legal regulations enacted by democratically elected state legislative legislators.
“We have all witnessed how the Union -led BJP government used governors to defend and defend the functioning of opposition states. They did not accept accounts, detained their consent without valid constitutional or legal reasons, sat over routine writings and government orders. They put into politics to put themselves into politics.
CM further claimed: “They were able to do so by the advantage that the Constitution was silent on certain issues, because the Constitution believed that those who have a high constitutional office will act in accordance with constitutional morale.”
The Historical judgment of the Supreme Court in the State of Tamil Nadu v. Governor Tamil Nadu would ensure that the Government of the Union unduly interfered with the state governments that play our roles and responsibilities in the spheres provided to us by the Constitution, he said. As a guardian of our constitution, whose basic structure sets a democratic republic with the federal structure, the Supreme Court correctly interpreted the constitution, said.
“Accused, The BJP is AttEmping to Unsettle this Judgement, WHICH CAN BE INVOKED AS A PRECEDENT BY OTHER STATES WHEN FACED WITH AN OUTNINATE GOVERNOR. AS The First Limb of Their Pounds, The BJP Government Known That The Advisory Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court Cannot Be Invished or Exercised When the Issue in Question has been alley been decided by an authoritative pronounnement of the Court of Justice.
He remembered his request to all state governments and regional parties who were against the BJP and undertook our federal structure and autonomy of the state to unite in the upcoming legal battle, Mr. Stalin said, “Now I write to you personally to oppose this legacy.
