Urgently on immediate registration of eligible applicants within the Council of Building Workers and scrapping the existing online registration system only for demonstration organized by All India United Expert Center (AIUTUC) and on Saturday the Association for Social Building Staff in Karaikal took place.
Demonstrators demanded immediate payment of all waiting benefits to registered members of the Social Security Council. They called for a bonus for 10,000 GBP and 7,500 GBP in the monsoon relief of construction workers. Other requirements included the expansion of the 100 -day employment system to 200 days and an increase in daily wages to 600 GBP, which ensures full employment for all capable workers.
