The Dharwad district recorded a percentage of the 67.08 pass and secured the 18 position in the district order list. However, it is 9% less than what has been recorded in the previous year. The passage rate was 74.85%last year, when the district was 22nd.
This year a total of 27,048 students appeared for the SSLC exam, of which 18,145 students passed and 8,903 students failed. As has been seen in recent years, the girls again recorded the boys in the trial of the Board of Directors by recording the percentage of the passage of 76.27 against 57.63 boys. Of the total number of 13,714 students who appeared on the rehearsal, 10,460 passed, while out of 13,334 boys who appeared for the exam, 7 685 passed.
