Story:
“Honestly, I almost didn’t share my story because I wasn’t 100% ‘perfect’ during the challenge. But then I realized, ‘Isn’t that the point? Life isn’t perfect either.’ During those imperfect moments, we have to pick ourselves up and stick to the foundation. I started strong, but around week six, I had to undergo an unexpected surgery that derailed my progress. Despite the setback, I held onto the principles of the LSF HBMP program and ended up 12 pounds lighter and 12.5 inches smaller! If there’s one thing I want you to take from my story, it’s this: Don’t let one hiccup ruin your entire journey. I could’ve given up, but I didn’t, and the results are amazing. You don’t have to be perfect to see progress.
The ‘old me’ would’ve quit after the surgery, thinking, ‘What’s the point if I can’t be perfect?’ But I’ve realized that LSF isn’t just a diet or a quick fix—it’s a sustainable lifestyle. These past eight weeks have proven that, and I hope everyone following my journey on Instagram sees it too. I’ve never felt or looked better, and the confidence I’ve gained is priceless. Thank you, Team LSF, for empowering women like me to rediscover their strength, confidence, and joy—even during life’s toughest moments.”

Story:
“The past three years have been life-changing for me. I started my family and now have two amazing children, ages two and a half and nine months. As my family grew, so did my body. I really struggled to lose the weight and was holding onto about 15 pounds more than I started with. After my son was born, I added even more weight, but this time, I wanted to stop viewing weight loss as a one-time goal and instead focus on creating a sustainable lifestyle. I lost 8 pounds during this challenge and am now below my pre-pregnancy weight! But what’s most important to me isn’t the number on the scale—it’s my mindset shift.
In addition to my before-and-after photos, I have a before-and-after mentality. Before, if I didn’t stick to my plan perfectly, I’d feel like a failure and say, ‘I’ll start again tomorrow.’ Now, I think, ‘If I don’t stick to my plan, it’s okay—I’m human!’ I’ve learned to find joy in the journey because I’m still moving forward. This challenge wasn’t perfect (though I’m proud of my 55-day workout streak!), but it taught me to push through with discipline and consistency while giving myself grace when things weren’t ‘perfect.’ There were days I didn’t have the energy to work out, but I still found a way to move. There were days I had ice cream with my daughter, but I made sure to hit my protein goals and eat vegetables with every meal. I’m so proud of what I’ve achieved in the past eight weeks, but more importantly, I’m proud of the foundation I’ve built to continue working toward my goals and becoming the best version of myself for my kids and husband!”

Story:
“The Spring Slim Down challenge was eye-opening for me because it was my first 8-week challenge back with the LSF community. I had to sit down and evaluate what was holding me back from feeling happy in my own skin and really commit to my nutrition. I cut back on alcohol and became more mindful of my calorie intake. I also significantly increased my activity with bonus movements, app workouts, and walking at least a mile a day at work or with my dog. I stopped making excuses and tapped into my discipline, something I hadn’t done in a long time.
One of the biggest changes I made was connecting with my accountability group. It was so inspiring to see other women going through the same struggles with meal planning and burnout, but we kept showing up for ourselves! I tried new workout techniques and fell back in love with my body. Spending 20-30 minutes a day on my physical health not only improved my appearance but also strengthened my mental clarity and mood. I’ve been a believer in Love Sweat Fitness since 2019, and I’m constantly impressed by the quality of the programs and the variety of challenges that keep us motivated and looking our best.”
