Police manager in Mumbai Police Daya Nayak, once known as a “specialist in a meeting”, was promoted to the rank of assistant police commissioner, the official said on Wednesday.
Daya Nayak, who joined the Bombai police in 1995 and currently serves with the Bandra Bandra Crime unit, shot in the 90s for its role in more killing the “meeting” of notorious gangsters.
