Chairman and CEO of Southern Power Distribution Company Company LTD (TGSPDCL) MD. Musharraf Faruqui instructed the instrument officers every Wednesday “bases” and colonies and interact with consumers to improve the provision of services.
At a meeting with the main engineers, super -insinter engineers and divisional engineers who took place here on Monday, Mr. Faruqui said that the instrument has decided to perform artificial intelligence tools to improve consumer services and supervision of energy.
He stated that from the feeders 8 681-11 kv in the instrument was under the supervision of 6,885 feeders using a system of managing the power failure and the remaining feeders would soon get into the system. In the services supported by AM, he stated that details of the abortion of energy demand will be immediately uploaded online to alert the engineers at the distribution transformer level.
Analysis of such details would help the tool to improve its services at the level of the distribution transformer because it is already monitored at the level of feeder and feeder.
